About Us

Mount Everest Cooperative Group Housing Society (Registration No.1311(GH)) was incorporated in the year 2000 with the vision of providing a safe, well-managed, and environmentally sustainable living space for its residents.
The Society comprises of
  • 120 Residential flats
  • 3 Blocks
  • 40 Flats per block

The layout of the campus ensures ample open spaces, convenience, and a peaceful residential environment for all members. We take pride in maintaining a child-friendly atmosphere with a well-developed Children’s Park, including a dedicated Play Area designed exclusively for young residents. Nearly 20% of the total campus area is developed as green space, enhancing air quality, promoting ecological balance, and creating a refreshing environment for families.

Mount Everest Society is equipped with a latest fire – fighting system that complies with safety standards, along with a fully functional rainwater harvesting system, contributing to water conservation and sustainability.

Each block is provided with a well-maintained, fully functional lift, ensuring convenience and accessibility for senior citizens, children, and all residents. The entire campus is fully illuminated and each flat is provided with an individual electricity meter to ensure transparency and efficient energy management.

For the safety and convenience of residents, the society features twin security gates and a 24×7 dedicated security and housekeeping team, ensuring a safe and clean living environment at all times.

The society is proudly technology-driven, with modern systems such as:
  • Software-based security management
  • Digital accounting and record management systems
  • Surveillance systems with backup support
  • Integrated technology-enabled services for operations, safety, and administration

Beyond infrastructure and systems, Mount Everest Society strongly believes in building a vibrant community life. Residents actively come together to celebrate important cultural and national events such as Independence Day (15th August), Janmashtami, and other festivals and social occasions. These celebrations promote teamwork, mutual respect, and healthy social relationships, strengthening the bond among members and creating a warm, family-like environment.

Mount Everest Cooperative Group Housing Society stands as a symbol of community living, safety, sustainability, modern management, and cultural harmony, making it an ideal place to call home.
